Executive Transition + Onboarding

Maximize the opportunities inherent in executive transition. A Trellis Partners advisor leads a custom process to assure that the new executive gains the insights and connections they need to thrive.

Going through this process achieves dividends in succession planning, strategic alignment, and more. By anticipating how the new executive will see the organization and its systems, we get a better view of organizational strengths and needs and can prepare for improvements.



Planning + Capacity Coaching

Trellis Partners helps teams develop just-right planning tools and align them across functions. We work with teams on real-time examples to coach building scalable infrastructures and create conditions for programs to grow.



Term Executive

Trellis Partners’ term executive model® offers richer engagement than a consultant can provide, yet without the commitment of hiring a regular COO or Managing Director.

Our signature term executive model® embeds a full-time nonprofit executive for a term of 6 – 30 months to lead the implementation of the organization’s transformation goals. Term executives leverage opportunities in day-to-day operations to bring about improvements to the entire infrastructure.

The term executive provides the attention and direction to help an organization acculturate its own best practices for readiness, results, and resilience. The term executive leaves an organization stronger than when she joined, after enabling systems and leaderships to improve strategic alignment and manage change and growth going forward.
